National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists
Fenwick is pleased to announce that five students have been named National Merit Semifinalists.
This week the National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced the names of more than 16,000 Semifinalists in the 70th Annual National Merit Scholarship Program, including five Fenwick High School seniors:
These academically-talented students have an opportunity to continue in the competition for 6,870 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $26 million that will be offered next spring. About 95 percent of the Semifinalists are expected to attain Finalist standing, and approximately half of the Finalists will win a National Merit Scholarship, earning the Merit Scholar title.
